Who is the best tattoo artist in Berkeley, CA?

I live in Berkeley and would like to get some gothic lettering tattoos on my arms and upper back. Who do you think is the best person to do it? I can also travel to San Francisco or the rest of the Bay if there’s someone you recommend elsewhere. Thanks!
