What do the different colours represent? Like I’ve seen alot of red and black ones, but I don’t really like that one.
I’m intrested in getting the white and black on the underside of my wrist, a small one. Does anyone know what this means? I just like the look of it..
Please don’t go on about anti-tatoos, this isn’t my question.
Thanks
Well, I’ve seen the red and black ones with the words "NOR CAL". I am from northern CA and the people I see with it are in fact gang related that represent Northern CA (or NORTE CA) and yes, the gang color is red. The black and white ones I believe are just from a clothing line called FAMOUS STARS AND STRAPS. It’s very popular with the urban youth.

A tattoo can mean/represent anything that you want it to.
Lots of people get a tattoo to commemorate/represent something which has happened in their life.

I have a black and green one on my hip, I got it because inone particular year a lot of 5’s happened, so I got the nautical star for it’s five points. I got it in black and green because green is my favourite colour and I like it with black.

modern meaning? trend whore. Ugh. Im about sick of all the bettie page wanna be’s w/ their cherries and stars. So many choices w/ tattoos that could be a really unique, great thing and everyone gets the same crap over and over. I dont get it. I thought the point was to stand out, to express individuality, to mark meaning in your life.
