I heard this…Is it true and why?
What? News to me. Sounds like the whole "earring in the left ear makes him gay." When, of course, in other parts of the country it is the opposite.

I think nautical star tattoo’s mean that the person likes nautical stars.
now if it was a big rainbow in the shape of the PRIDE letters, you might have a point.
stop looking for signs and just accept people for people.

Might have been something to do with a very tenuous link to the fact that the mariners of year’s gone by use to use a ‘SEXTANT’ to chart the stars. Other than that, I think it’s a load of old tosh!

I know it’s a popular symbol for "emo’s" and "punks" but I’ve never heard it being used in the GLBT community.
Maybe someone you heard it from said it was "gay" and you thought GLBT when he/she meant "stupid" because they don’t like "emo’s."

No. Nautical stars are a sign of direction, knowing where youre going in life, where you’ll end up - it has nothing to do with homosexuality, I know plenty of people, gay and not gay, that have these…

I’ve never seen a gay guy with nautical stars. Mostly it is alternative, punk, or tattoo addicts who have them.

Oooh…i’ll just pop out and get myself a nautical star tattoo because without one i’m undefined and don’t know who I am! NOT!! No offense to you hun I get the feeling you don’t believe this nonsense, but whoever you heard this from obviously knows NOTHING about gay people, we are just that, people, and the only way you can tell if someone is gay is if they tell you or you catch them ‘at it’ with someone of the same sex. Simple as.
