Does this tattoo represent my grandfather well?

My grandfather and I were very close. He ALWAYS called me rosebud, he passed away a few months ago and to honor him I want to get a tattoo of a rose. I just couldn’t decide if I wanted something else in the tattoo as well like a heart around the rose, etc. But I found this on tattoo finder.com and I thought it represented him and mines bond PERFECTLY. The rose and the beads around in a heart kind of remind me of a child’s love for her grandpa, like something I would have made for him when I was young. Do you like it???
Yes, i think it’s beautiful. It’s looks kind of retro.

That’s for you to decide, if you think it represents him well, then go with it. It’s your body, and you’re the one who will have it for the rest of your life, not anyone else on here. It’s pretty, but if you really wanted something unique, talk to your tattoo artist and have him draw something up.
