<< Ideas of cool tattoos to go with a transformers tattoo i will have up my side?
I have two sons, Tyler (2 years old) and Mason (6 weeks old) and I’m trying to think of fairly unique ideas for a tattoo to represent them. I want something that is girly too. Help I’ll take any and all ideas!
Thanks!
For my kids I have angel wings (pink/purple colored for my daughter and blue/green colored for my son) with their initials and birthdays in the middle of the wings. I have one tattoo on each shoulder blade. I think it’s really cool when people do hand or foot prints… I almost wish I would have done that with my kids, but I totally love my tattoos.

What about a flower? You could get your favorite flower and have your family’s names on the flower petals. Hope that helps!-K

You might try a rose for each of your little ones. This is always the safest bet. Another would be a teddy bear for each with their name on the bear or near it. In today’s society you might want to keep a gender neutral symbol just in case your sons want to switch to being your daughters.

I guess it depends on how extensive you’re trying to get.
You could try taking both of their foot prints or hand prints and get them duplicated with their names and pink hearts underneath.
Or what about their names in crystallized-like letters the color of their respective birth stones. Have the artist make it look 3-dimensional, shimmering and gleaming like real rocks. Then underneath you could put script that reads: "My rocks."
Just a thought

Here are a few suggestions, some common, some not. You could use their zodiac symbols, hand prints, footprints, ect. I really like the idea of using something to symbolize the meaning of their name. For example, if the name means fire, maybe incorporate flames into the tattoo. I read somewhere else that someone used purple flowers, which signifies love at first sight, and then had the child’s birthstone nestled into the flower. I personally think that the best idea would be to wait until they are a little bit older. Find out what their interests are and use something that symbolizes something that means a lot to them, or something that reminds you of time spent together. Good luck in your decision making!!
